24.1 Hepatitis B Vaccine

  • At birth if infant’s birth weight ≥ 2,000g
  • At 30 days of life if infant’s birth weight < 2,000g
    The 2-kg criteria has been disregarded



24.2 2-month vaccine

  • Pediarix (dTaP, HepB, Polio)
  • PCV
  • HiB



24.3 RSV prophylaxis with nirsevemab
